At Solanique, we want our policies to be clear and fair. Please read the information below before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened or used.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • items that have been used
  • items damaged after delivery
  • items not in original condition

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Solanique is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
